I plan to upload a few pieces I've worked on over the past year. :3 You can expect to see these pieces trickle in over the next few days... weeks? We'll see how it goes. XD Life has its demands, but I've been doing little projects in the shadows as able. Most of them are just sketch dumps of me playing around with my style and expressions, and I don't plan on putting those up.

However! I do have several I feel are honed enough to share. Granted, a number are still largely unpolished sketches, but I personally have enjoyed watching myself grow with each attempt and would like to chronicle said growth for my own motivation. :3

During this time, I rediscovered my love for using good ol' paper and pencil to sketch with! I also don't have a scanner, so those will be photographed uploads which drops the quality some, but that's okay: it's all for the fun of creating art. ^w^ I also have a few digital painting pieces I plan on sharing as well. Only landscape pieces at this point, but I'd like to eventually move to trying my hand at painting a character using these traditional techniques, and eventually a full scene.

But. That is likely somewhere on the horizon. XD Work, bills, and debts come first, but it's nice having little projects to come back to. :D

I will give a fair warning: a couple pieces are on the spicier side, but I'll do my best to flag and tag those to help those who wish to avoid such content. <3 FA has implemented some nice profile changes lately, but the tag filter system is my personal favorite. <3 See a subject you don't like? Open the piece, look for the corresponding tags, click the big plus box to turn it to a minus, and the piece will be blurred out for you! Such a simple way to allow users to express themselves while protecting others from content they don't like. :3
