While I drawing my artwork I think I have learn a big promblem is call "Artblock" all of artist nightmare. The artblock make me don't have artwork and idea for a week. Doing a artwork the idea and creative thinking both of this get a lot of energy.
So I think it come from:
- looping of drawing or fix the same position
- Think not good enough of own artwork
- Maybe to tried and not get a rest wll enough
To fix this problem is I have take some rest well and doing something new like go to exercise, Take a walk outside and get some fresh air.
The second problem is call "coffee addict" I get this one already. If I don't have coffee while doing the work. Gonna feel tried or sleepy all the time.
If someone want to drink coffee I recommend to drink a americano because is a hot water + espresso don't have sweet and good for health and get more energy. If you cannot drink a coffee how about tea. Tea can make you fresh and comfort. But i think the best way to fix is take a sleep well and drink less caffeine.
The last problem is "blue light" from doing a digital artwork. This part make me loss a lot of energy while focus too long from doing my artwork on my ipad screen (I use procreate making my artwork)
The danger of blue light is
- Can make you hard to sleep/rest.
- Make your eye tried and feel like fall sleep all the time.
To solve this problem is you have to rest a artwork and rest your eye and don't do your work in the dark or not enough light.
