Some Ramdoness.. forgive my crappy english :P
Wide screen on computers are silly.. don't you think?.. i mean, is cool for
watching a movie.. and that's all.. think about it, you have always the "task bar"
at the bottom, and the title, menubar, tool bar (in some cases the toolbar of
programs are huge) at the top of the screen.. you ALREADY have a wide screen
for workspace... you don't need more horizontal space, you need more vertical space
becouse those elements take always a space on the screen, the old more squared
screen (4:3 i believe) is more apropiated for work purpose, or browsing, or.. etc
hell, for any purpose except movies... for movies i have my tv... i don't want
a wide screen for my computer, i don't want to scroll up and down constantly becouse
my project doesn't fit on the tiny row they left thanks to the toolbars and the
wide screens" for pc?
I just finished Brutal Legend (360/ps3) , its a very fun Game, i love Tim Schafer's
games (he is the co-creator of Monkey Island).. the soundtrack have over 100 Metal
Songs of famous groups (amazing, this game have more licensed songs on the disk
than rock band ..lol).. if you have 360 or Ps3
i recommend you this ^_^

About the game.. it start like a action game (you know.. God of war.. that kind of
stuff) then it turns in a weird mix between a RTS (starcraft) and Action ... the
strong point of this game is the humor sense and the character development.. as
you can see on the trailer there's lot of Metal artists involved on the project.
If you like old school games, try The Incredible Machine.. it was one of my
favorite games in the 90's and still is one of my fav you can download it on
abandonware pages and use "dosbox" to emulate the old hardware.. OR you can buy
it (with 4 different versions) onGOG.com... the game is about physics

Do you remember when people used to talk about "surfing" when you was navigating
on the WWW?.. "surfing on the internet".. LOL.. it sounds so late 90's now XD

I must confess i hate Adam Sandler.. sorry.. i just can't understand how the guy
can do so many movies each year (he was doing 6 movies by year few years ago)..
all their characters are the same guy with different names.. i'm alright?.. few
little changes.. ok.. but basically the same guy... the same kind of humor...
i think he is really anoyying...

No conozco el juego viejo del que hablas, pero es verdad que muchos juegos de antaño me siguen gustando.
Y supongo que ya he visto demasiado a Adam Sandler. =)

I really don't find that guy funny. I mean, sometimes he'll do something very funny but like, 85% of his stuff bores me.
That's why i loved Portal too...Not your average gamplay, but needs some thinking too! More frome those kind is needed!

wide screen in FPS is super effective. I have a greater field of vision, and that is an advantage you can't counter.
