Please note that I deal in GBP, which is a stronger currency than USD. Make sure that you can afford my prices before messaging me.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
I can draw any species, including birds, horses and humans. I have several shading styles to choose from when commissioning.
I will NOT draw:
- Anything in another person’s style (this does not extend to anime styles or similar).
- NSFW of any sexual nature. Gore is OK.
- Mpreg.
- Fanart of problematic media (ask for details).
- Political artwork.
- NFTs.
- Anything with the intention of being used to train AI.
- Characters from closed species.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
- Your completed piece in .png format
- The right to privately use any of the WIPs that I have sent you (please do not freely share these as art thieves may use them to impersonate me)
- At your request, an editable file of the drawing
- A speedpaint (ONLY IF REQUESTED BEFORE I START. I don’t record everything!)
PROCESS:
I will send you updates regularly. Once I have shown and changed the sketch, payment is required, then I will continue working. The sketch will be heavily watermarked. You can request anything to be changed at any time throughout the duration of the piece.
Any revisions requested after a week+ of the piece being finished will incur additional payment.
PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment.
For commissions UNDER £20, I also accept giftcards (ask for details), Discord Nitro, and Robux.
Payment is expected in full after the sketch is shown and all revisions are made.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
When commissioning me, you must have a full reference of the character/pet you want drawn, or be able to describe the missing pieces.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY:
You may NOT use my work for any projects without my written permission. I would like to keep an eye on what my art is being used to represent.
If you commission just a sketch, it is completely yours and you could complete it yourself, then use it for whatever you’d like.
While my work is not legally copyrighted, please treat it with the same respect as if it was.
When posting my work, please link back to this account or write my Toyhou.se username (DragoMel).
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
You are only eligible for a full refund within twelve hours of receiving your revised sketch. Requesting a refund means that you revoke your right to my sketch, and the previously mentioned bonuses associated with commissioning one of my sketches do not apply.
If you request a refund later, then you will receive a partial refund proportional to the amount of work done.
You can completely cancel your commission before you’ve paid, you can have your sketch saved for later or deleted. However, if you do this more than twice, you will be blacklisted.
