Copyright.
1. Serpins is a closed species owned and authored by _DangerNight_ (@dager3500).
2. All official materials (reference sheets, anatomical information, official illustrations, etc.) are protected by citations and/or Qr codes to the original sources.
3. Don't hide the species availability status. Serpin septargus is closed!
Character Ownership.
1. You can only become the owner of a S.septargus character if you buy the right of ownership (this right is one-time).
1.1. If you unauthorizedly create a character, you will be warned. If you ignore and do not follow the rules, you will be blocked and added to the list of violators.
2. The owner of a character has the right to: redesign the character, use the character in his world/setting, develop the character, sell the character, reproduce the character (if the character is not sterile).
Purchase.
1. You must know the rules of the species before purchasing serpin and have the right to own/create a serpin (existing individuals are sold along with ownership).
2. You can purchase the right to create a new S.septargus character, or you can buy a previously created character in the Market (sells with the right ownership).
3. You can purchase a baby Serpin Septargus (at the Market or during the "Breeding season") and raise it yourself (there are rules for raising babies, read them!).
4. You can buy an egg from a pair of existing S.septargus in the "Breeding season" for a lower price than an adult Serpins or a baby (there are rules for egg).
Sale/gift.
1. You can't sell a serpin for a higher price without new material (drawing, animation, figurine, etc).
2. You can sell your serpin on the Market by filling out the appropriate form - ...

TERMINOLOGY.
Closed species (accessibility status) - an original species prohibited by the author for use without special permission.
Ownership right - the right by which a user can purchase an existing individual S.septargus.
Creation Right - a right where the user can create or order a new individual S.septargus for his/her ownership.
Market - a marketplace where sales/auctions of adults, babies, or eggs of the species S.septargus are held.
Breeding season - a seasonal event in which eggs can be produced from different-sexed individuals of S.septargus from which babies will hatch.
Serpin egg - one of the developmental stages of each individual S.septargus. Each egg produced from a serpin pair must have information with it: date of birth, parents (IR and names).
IC (Individual Code) - includes a number (#00000), a symbol indicating sex (M/F), a symbol indicating the presence of mutations and their degree (m1-3/um).
