> Commissions are for personal use only. This means they will not be generating profit in any form.
> Commissions that are being used to generate a profit must be purchased at a commercial rate. This includes being used as stream assets, promotion of products, or production of products.
> Commercial rates will be 1.5x the normal price of a commission.
> I reserve the right to post commissioned art to my social media platforms. Unless you specifically request your commissioned piece to not be posted.
> When sharing your art outside of toyhouse, credit at least one of my socials. This is @/royalcrow.bsky.social on Bluesky or RoyalCrow on Toyhouse, or link my carrd (https://royalcrow.carrd.co/#).
> Prices are in USD only.
> Payment is due after your rough sketch is finalized. For sketch commissions, I will require payment up front before I can start work.
> Payment will be accepted through Cashapp, Venmo, Stripe, Kofi, or Paypal.
> Fees will be charged for the following: Heavy detailed characters (unless simplification is allowed), Asking for major edits after a final piece has been given, Rush fees, and Incomplete references.
> If I am unable to finish your commission, regardless of progress, you will receive a full refund.
> If you cancel before I start flatcolouring, you will receive a full refund.
> If you cancel after I start flatcolouring, you will receive a 50% refund
> If you file a chargeback you will be blacklisted. Please allow me up to one week to get you your refund.
> If you have used my art to mint or create purchasable NFTs you will be blacklisted and blocked on every platform I find you on.
> I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ART BEING USED TO TRAIN AI IN ANY FORM!
