In Benton, Kentucky Now

I had a bit of a falling out with my former roommate and decided to move out. I was staying in my van for a brief moment before my nephew and his mom said to hell with that and moved me in with them. Shortly after my SSI/Disability was approved. Now I have an apartment of my own in Benton, Kentucky. Everything is so wonderful now! The only down side is that my van broke down shortly after moving in. Otherwise things couldn't be better!

I fear that the van's problem is a bit catastrophic. It was an old church van that was well maintained and taken care of, but when it was retired they parked it in a field for nearly a decade.
A Mechanic bought it and replaced the tires, drained the gas tank and fired it right up an sold it to me
I since had an oil change, coolant change and full tune up done on it.
The problem I think lays with how long it sat and the heavy use it was put under as soon as I got it. My ex-roommate and his daughter had me running day-long in it every day. This not only aggravated the problems with my feet, but I fear deteriorated all the rings, seals and gaskets in the engine. After having sit for so long I'm sure they were all very dry and shrunken. They might have been fine had they been given the chance i gently and gradually rehydrated and expanded back into place. Instead they were run until they disintegrated. She's bellowing white smoke and oil is coming out from the head gaskets an rear main seal
She's going to need an engine rebuild or transplant.
This after my ex roommate totaled my mini van by rear-ending someone else, an running my car previous to that into the ground and beating it to pieces in sever smaller accidents. -_-;
So effectively they've cost me 3 vehicles.
