Writing this only for the people who cares


So it has been two months after my surgery on my neck. I will show some results what this surgery was all about and how I feel:

The implants are stable, as doctor promised I can move my neck in any direction as I want. Though I am still on rehabilitation, already start to feel tiny changes in my nerve system (no more hard to breath moments), but doctor said it might take up to a year to feel some major changes. I still feel dizzyness, somewhat a compression in the neck, when overdoing some things (for example by running, wrong sleeping pose, sudden moves with my head...). So trying not to overstress my body.

As about my mood, it's really jumpy these days, still can't work, lift heavy things, do sports, yoga and even hard sex. So mostly spending days all alone, inside and outside...

I think next info updates will be after a year when I will truly see how successful the surgery was.
