Hello, I want to tell you about my disgusting experience with YCH.Commishes, so that you be careful with the staff and how they work there, they are SCAMMERS and protect those who plagiarize content for sheer convenience or simply disinterest. Apart from that, they make fun of you for no reason.

This is going to have a lot of text since it's 2 years of work that I had on the platform, and today I sent them to… you know where.


The reason for today's ban was that according to the YCH staff I "manipulate the auctions" this means that for them I inflate my prices to deceive people, when in reality I receive offers from discord, Deviantart, Furaffinity and even facebook , so I have to continue to increase the offer in YCH so that the price is updated, IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE THAT A SB OF $25 APPEARS IN YCH WHEN THE BID IS ALREADY AT $45, FOR EXAMPLE.



Basically I got banned because one of my adopts was sold for +200$ and another had a bid of 55$, but since no one auctioned on the platform and I manually updated the selling prices on DA, FB, FA etc. In fact, you can go to my 2 recent ponies that are currently up for auction to see who is bidding, prices, and even who gave AB.


To all this they did not want to attend to my case in Discord and someone who is not an administrator asked me for my username, I felt that they were kidding me.


But this situation was just the straw that made me explode, below I will count ALL the negative and scam experiences I had with YCH.

About two years ago I started promoting on YCH.Commishes, the mods back then were different, the hud and everything was different. It did nothing but upload ponies or other adopts with no explicit content or anything.


Some time later I open quotas in my adopts, the typical "If you pay +10$ it comes with a free NSFW" or things like that.


I spent 1 month working with that modality and everything was going very well, until they banned me.


Every time I contacted support (at the time it was via email), the admin who helped me was always unprofessional and even made fun of me getting banned. The reason for my ban was "offering uncensored NSFW", which was a lie, I always uploaded a picture of the pony/adopt and put that OFFERED NSFW, in the description.


It was like a month until I was unbanned, this situation was repeated 3 times until I stopped offering NSFW in general because it's not what I like to do and apart from that it brought me all these problems.



My adopts always did well and I think that was the problem they had with me, it doesn't make me think of anything else :/ does it?



When the previous problem was solved, the page gave me a little more confidence, I will have spent 6 months without being banned, until one day I accidentally put an auction in a section that did not correspond (the page has sections like "human" , "furry", "pony", "adopt")


Well instead of "adopt" I put my auction on "pony" and got banned for a week for that when it was easier to delete my auction and that's it.


Here comes the scam, the cover-up, etc.



The case of fraud is due to the system they have of "Promoted Publication" where you pay (and a lot) because your publication is among "featured" so supposedly everyone sees it.

3 times I paid for that system and nothing ever appeared, so I returned the money because it never worked and in fact my posts were less visible than normal lol



Cover-up cases


- Some time ago I exposed Owlya_Arts for stealing money from me through YCH.Commishes, I paid him a commission and he kept my money, when I told YCH staff they didn't flinch, they didn't do anything, they didn't intervene. Also, I attached the evidence of how Owlya made fun of me on Instagram (literally made fun of the situation) and I followed them no matter what.


- Very recently an artist I bought commissions from made an 80% adoption equal to one of mine (which I bought from him), by claiming YCH staff to act as mediators (since EVERYTHING was done through their system) they told me they weren't going to do anything, especially when I asked them to speak privately with a staff member, they forced me to present my case on a crowded DC channel and on top of that they treated me hostile and made me see as "exaggerated and crazy" little else, I had to speak directly with the artist and even he recognized the similarity of the adopt and changed it.


- Many members (I know because I see it on the mentioned channel) complain about other artists stealing their content, tracking their work or stealing adoptions, and the staff are also undeterred, some even make fun of little users, like it happened to me at that moment.



More than anything I make this post so you can see how fucked up it is to work with this platform and its people, basically if someone scams you, steals from you or copies you, you're adrift because they don't protect you even if you pay them or not :)
