By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
♡ I work with full prepayments mainly via Boosty.
♡ Most payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot.
♡ If a commission is canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount for which work has already been done.
♡ Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
♡ I will provide the thumbnail sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes - if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference.
♡ You can request a report at any point in the work process
♡ When I am done, I will send you the high resolution file and a watermarked preview for web use. If you want to publish the image online, please use the watermarked version.
♡ In case you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please note me beforehand, clearly stating what you don't want me to do.
