Duration of work:
a lot depends on the queue and workload. Must be clarified personally.
Refunds:
if I have done at least 50 percent of the work, the money will not be returned.
Refunds of not more than 50 percent of the total amount.
General access:
If you do not want the work to be shared, you need to clarify in advance (optionally it is laid out in the public domain);
Providing discounts:
