Terms of Service1. Introduction
By commissioning artwork from [Laguni] (“the Artist”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure transparency, protect both parties, and clarify expectations for the commission process.

2. Commission Process
1. Inquiry and Agreement: The Client will submit a request describing the desired artwork. Once the details, timeline, and price are agreed upon, I will issue an invoice for the first payment.
2. Sketch Phase: After the initial payment, I will begin the sketch. The Client may request up to [X] revisions at this stage. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
3. Finalization and Delivery: Upon approval of the sketch and receipt of the second payment, I will proceed with finalizing the artwork. The completed piece will be delivered digitally after the final payment is received.

3. Payment Structure
The total agreed-upon commission price shall be paid in the following stages:
• 50% Upfront (Non-refundable; confirms the commission and secures your place in the queue)
• 25% After Sketch Approval
• 25% Upon Delivery of Final Artwork
All payments are to be made via [Payment Method – PayPal, Zelle.]. Invoices will be issued at each milestone.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
• If the Client cancels before the sketch phase begins, a full refund may be issued at my discretion.
• If canceled during or after the sketch phase, the upfront 50% payment is non-refundable.
• If I cancel the project for any reason, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

5. Usage Rights
• Personal Use: The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints).
• Commercial Use: Commercial usage (e.g., merchandise, monetized media) requires a separate license agreement and fee.
• I retain full copyright and may use the artwork for portfolio, promotional purposes, and social media unless agreed otherwise.

6. Revisions
• The Client is entitled to [2] revisions during the sketch phase and [1] minor revision during the finalization phase.
• Major revisions after the final rendering may require an additional fee.

7. Delivery
• Final artwork will be delivered digitally in [specify formats – e.g., PNG, JPG, PSD] to the email or download link provided by the Client.
•Traditional Artwork will be packaged and mailed to client’s residence. Extra fee with dependence of mileage away from Pacific Coast USA.
• Delivery time varies by commission complexity and queue but will be estimated before work begins.

8. Client Conduct
• I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission due to abusive behavior, unrealistic demands, or breach of these terms.
• Harassment or threats will result in immediate termination of the commission with no refund.
