Terms Of ServiceGeneral
- You have to be of legal age to request the commission.
- Accepting commissions is the artists choice. I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason.
- As an artist, I reserve copyright of the final Image. You can’t resell it or use it for commercial purposes. If it was character adopt, you can resell it, but price can’t be higher that the one you’ve originally payed and new owner has to know who originally created it.
- Don’t rush me. Due to my chronic health problems, commissions will most likely take 1-4 months to finish. I won’t accept deadlines, unless it's double of the time I estimated at the time of accepting commission
- Once it’s finished, You’re allowed to post art You’ve commissioned me on social media, use it as icons, wallpapers, banners, ect. Just make sure to give me credit.
Payments And Refunds
- I’ll ask for payment after initial draft (pose and basic body shapes) that you approve.
- I accept payment via PayPal (through friends and family, no description. I'm not running a professional buisness yet) and Wise
- in USD or PLN
- you’ll get a full refund (minus potential transaction fees) if:
1. I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
2. You cancel the commission before I start working on any details past the draft. |
