These are usually best if you just want to show a character’s face and hairstyle, or to show off their cool gear from the shoulders up. An expressive face shows everyone exactly who your character is and what they’re all about at a glance. Great for use as an icon or in an RP profile.

With chibis I simplify things but I still cram a lot of detail in the design. Chibis are fun and expressive, and since they are full bodied they can be a good way to show how your character behaves and/or to show them in special situations.

Sketch

With sketches I do more with the drawing itself, often extending it to full body and “coloring” parts of it with a single hue. The whole piece is usually themed a certain color, your choice or mine. Although it’s a sketch, the lines will be cleaned up.

Final price depends on the complexity of the character(s). For example, something with a lot of detail, wings, extra limbs, or detailed armor will cost more.
