Only through PayPal or Stripe. All prices will be in GBP, plus a fee of £2 to cover PayPal/Stripe taking a cut. Must all be paid in full and upfront. Payment plans have a down-payment of 30%. Special cases will have their rules stated.
Full refunds can only take place BEFORE the sketching phase. Once I start sketching or finish your work, you cannot backpedal. Backpedalling will result in a blacklist.
Adoptables must be paid in full. When it comes to adopts, I have the right to take back this character if you misbehave (Anti-LGBTQIA+, radical groups, hate crimes, etc), keep the money you've paid, and resell it. There will be no refunds; all purchases are final. Adopts cannot sell for more than original price if there is no added art. Cannot sell for less than brought.
Not responding to a bid after two days puts you on the blacklist. Pulling out a bid will also put you on the blacklist. Do not bid if you can't afford it.
Basic sketches are 1/3 off (e.g. £60 becomes £40). B&W are 1/4 off (e.g £60 becomes £45)
Complexity charge (like armour, lots of accessories, etc) - +£10
Adoptable commission (if you brought an adopt from me and want me to draw them again, you get a commission discount) - 1/3 off
✦ CHANGES TO DESIGNS ✦
Changes during the sketch phase are free. Changes anywhere above the fifth time will incur fees (£5 for every change). Make sure to spedify all changes you want made in a single text.
Adoptable edits are free. You can change the character's look through hair, clothes and style, tattoos, piercings, and personality.
You CANNOT change the race (species and nationality/ethnicity), transgender scars, LGBTQIA+ representation, et cetera. The original art I made and credit must be with the character or I'm taking them back, with NO REFUNDS. Do not change the watermark settings on ToyHouse.

I can show the commissioned piece off for my self-promotion. Same goes for adopts.
Do not trace, copy, or highly reference my work.
If your character is on ToyHouse, do not delete it off of ToyHouse OR hide their profile from me. If you do not want them on TH, send me back the character profile.
