General
1. When you commission me, you are agreeing to these terms.
2. My commissions are public by default, typically in the form of WIPs, art streams and videos, and posts on my socials.
2.1. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know when you are ordering so I can ensure it stays private!
3. You are purchasing the ability to use your commission in any non-commercial way you see fit.
3.1. Commercial rights and use can be discussed and purchased per project.
3.2. Reposting artwork you have commissioned (with credit) is allowed on any website.
3.3. My artwork will never be made for NFTs.
4. Please respect my turnaround time, and please do not rush me!
4.1 My turnaround time is set to account for my poor health, life circumstances, and queue before your slot.
4.2. Please do not nudge. I will contact you ASAP with any questions I have or update you with the next WIP when it’s available.
4.3. If you want your project done sooner or bumped to the top of my queue, I can expedite your order for an additional fee, pending your deadline!
5. I do not do NSFW or Fetish content for or involving minors.
Payment
6. I accept Payment via PayPal for US Dollars and Interac for Canadian Dollars.
6.1. For PayPal, I will be sending an invoice for commissions over $100. Work only starts after payment has been received in full.
7. Payment is made upfront for all commissions.
7.1. Payment plans can be discussed for commissions over $100. Work only starts after payment has been received in full.
8. Refunds will be handled at my discretion.
8.1. If there is a cancellation or I feel that I cannot complete your commission, a refund will be issued for the amount of work not done.
9. I reserve the right to decline or refund any commission for any reason!
10 (VERY IMPORTANT!!!). If you ignore any of this then I will block you with NO WARNINGS!!! |
