TOSTERMS OF SERVICE
About the commissions:
- I will draw any animal, anthro or dragon.
- Extra characters are +70% of the price.
- Wings and detailed characters will cost extra.
- You must have clear references of your character(s).
- I can draw SFW, artistic nudity and mild gore. (I won't draw feral genitals) Ask if unsure!
- I have the right to refuse making the commission for any reason.
The process:
- Be very clear about what you want in the sketching phase because I won't make radical changes after you've accepted the sketch.
- You can request more WIPs after the sketch is accepted and I start working on the piece! (unless it's a song-inspired commission)
- It will usually take me a MAXIMUM of 2 months (60 days) to finish your commission. I will always let you know if there's going to be any delays.
- You will get a full resolution of the commission via note.
Rights & crediting:
- Don't claim the artwork is made by you. Always credit me on the art whenever necessary.
- You are allowed to upload the artwork in your gallery with proper credits and use it for non-commercial purposes only.
- I retain full rights to my artwork. I'm allowed to upload the artwork on different art sites and show them in exhibitions.
Payment & refunds:
- Payment via PayPal invoice.
- You pay after seeing and approving the sketch
- Once I've sent you the invoice, you have to pay within the next 48 hours or the commission will be cancelled. (Unless agreed otherwise)
- Always negotiate refunds with me.
- No refunds after commission is finished.
- When you personally accept the invoice on PayPal, you verify that you’ve read and agreed to these rules.
