Terra would never, ever, hold a grudge.
There's no other way to put it. Being laid off sucks. A lot.
Getting fired is one thing, and I guess this post isn't really about that. Getting fired can be a lot more personal. But when you're laid off? You've never felt so disconnected from your job. You become just a number, either a contract that couldn't be extended, a salary that's been cut, or the side effect to a business' closure. The worst are when it's in an informal email, or phonecall (or letter? That still exist?)
Though, guess only Terra can claim her's occurred when a monster protection agency shut down her place of work.
