hehe, I don't know that I didn't want anything to do with the show, just at first, I didn't get it.
To me it looked like My Little Pony from the 80s collided with the PowerPuff Girls and MLP-FiM was the result. (Which is technically correct)
My opinion started to sway when the Q.....err I mean Discord episode came out as I'm a rabid Star Trek TNG fan

Funny, when I first saw that episode, I thought Rarity was Princess Celestia. Shows how much I knew about the show at that time.
