Here we have a Loong Soul NuanNuan. I was asked to make her into a goth girl with a sweet expression. I'm currently waiting on approval for the face up, and I'm working on her back tattoos. She has two very intricate tattoos there, one is done, the other I still need to start.

No, not really. You do have to "bathe" them every once in a while by unstringing them and washing off the resin with a Mr. clean magic eraser. Just be sure not to frequently touch the face, or it can fade or get dirty. After a few years you also need to change the elastic in them because it stretches out and loses its tension.
