Just a word of advice... NEVER PAINT ON SMOOTH BRISTOL. NEVER. I nearly went insane with this stupid painting, which is why I took so effing long on it. DIEE!!

I also hate painting with red. ;.;

Hah, you're the second person who's asked. Yeah, it's supposed to be a knight's cape. I ended up painting over the little leg that was sticking out of his mouth, though. :P

The background is awesome, just enough detail there, for sure. Beautiful dragon though, you certainly get the sense of motion going on, great pose with everything. Fantastic work, love the colors.
