Briefly mentioned in my story "the Chelonian creator" about a very very gentle tortoise that ends up outgrowing the sun and bringing Jupiter to life then hanging out with him.

Claimed for the the British space empire by Beagle 2 who became possessed by Martian ghosts. Unable to respond to mission controlled it began very British and extremely insane (there's a difference apparently). After years of therapy rebuilt himself as a death star had watches over the restarted evolution of Martian life. Beagle 2 is represented on the flag on the top right. The top band represents the great northern ocean of mars the red band the southern plains.
