Did you know that most people who claim to have insomnia actually don't? A large percent of the time it's due to skewed sleeping patterns or the person simply not going to bed? So many times I've had friends be online telling me they have insomnia just to tell me they can't sleep because they are on the computer, am drawing, gaming, etc. x3
