Oh yeah, after we rehomed the boys we had an accidental litter because the female was sold to us very young as a male, and by the time I realized it was too late. She had 10 babies. We kept three, rehomed the rest. All of them went to friends and the same woman who took my boys, so it wasn't too bad.
Oh yeah, this rat far exceeds any of my others in intelligence and expressions.
You can sit there and watch him think because of his face. He knows when he's bad, he tries to suck up to get treats, etc etc. He will make the most hilarious faces like a cat when you scratch him just so.
