Even almost a year later I look back at this pic with fond memories. While walking around Kyoto's old capital palace grounds, I saw some pretty interesting sights. One of which was a stranger on a bench scratching a stray cat on the chest.
During my time in Japan in general I saw so many cats in neighborhoods running about every which way. Random people pet them or, in this case, give them belly scratches. xP
