Though he came out looking a lot like a kangaroo, I assure you this is an Ottsel (Otter weasel). His name is Bacadiar, or Bac for short.
I took the picture on a piece of scrap cardstock that just happened to be about the same size as the cutout. The pink makes his green marking look a bit more yellow than they really are.
