Hello!
this is yet another new character of mine.
the art is done by iBee
So:
Name: Ishimiru
It's a male(surprise surprise)
I've yet to think out a background story for him :|
well, features.
Element: Thunder
glowing paralyzing venom from the stinger/barb/spike on his tail.
He can fly.(surprise surprise)
Tongue is glowy.
Tall and slim, about 6 foot.
The feathers glow as well.
Will be updated once i get more info about him.
