IMBEL is the state run munitions plant down there, they do a good job. Taurus does okay when they feel like it, but they have their bad years. I stayed away from RIA though because their frames are cast, not forged, I hear they are alright though.

Yup, it totally works too, when it's attached to the lanyard loop it alternates between setting things on fire, freezing them, and shocking them.
