So now I've worked on putting all of these models together, the next thing is to go buy a 100+ offical GW case to put them all in... right? Wrong! with 1 1/2 hours of work, and a 50% off deal on 5 inch foam + coupons I got a huge piece of 5 inch foam and a container to put my guys. Its better hten the 1$ plastic shoe box that were in, and now they dont rattle around as much and I have room to expand! I do hope to getting a tervigon but I think that is about it with the big things.

Nice setup, but foam is losing its charm for mini storage; it will rub the pain off the high points as the figures are jostled. The 'in' thing these days is to glue rare earth magnets into the bases and then store the figures i a metal toolbox. The magnets allow the figures to be held securely to the bottom, sides and lid inside the box and without the rubbing/scraping that the foam does.
hmm sounds neat, except stuff like the trygons dont have alot of area to put magnets, and the hard ones like the all metal hive tyrant and carnifex are like over a pound each. Since magnets dont have much shear strength they will slide under the weight load. not to mention, buying a metal tool box that size would be over 100$ easy.
