Endtown is a marvelous web comic, brilliantly done by Aaron Neathery. Search FA for samples of his art and the web for the comic itself. Post-apocalyse world full of victims of a mutagenic weapon that turns the lucky victim into a funny animal, or the unlucky victim into nightmare fuel. And the uninfected who have sworn to wipe out all the mutants. There are disintegrator weapons too.
