Man, after looking through your submissions tonight, I gotta say I love your realism. It's wonderfully well done, especially the shading. The hatching complements the realism and gives it a nice touch.

Yay, thanks. <3 I'm rather fond of crosshatching/graphical shading when it comes to more realistic stuff as opposed to going all out with rendering, especially with larger drawings. Saves time and looks nice and clean. Of course, my Drawing II teacher told me at the final critique that she was bothered by how clean and graphical a lot of my stuff was, ahaha, oh well. Said it "killed the humanity" of it since she "couldn't feel the energy of my mark" in it or somesuch weird artsy-fartsy crap like that. xP Oh art school. >.>
