the hatch is done here and green crap is used to to smooth out the edges. 2 old random backpacks I got with bits and a weird metal escape hatch rounds out the back side, and a rhino front hatch cut down to fit make a good front visor. Rivets are added

Nice use of the old Rhino hatch! What have you used to make the rivets with? They look like proper nuts and bolts from the photos.

nope. the old stand by, the heads of pins cut off and glued.

Ah, so you're gluing the pinheads down and allowing some of the old pin-shaft to jut upwards? That's a really neat idea.

The way the light was catching them made them look much more angular, hence why I thought they were scaled down bolts!
