Our pigeon Gem happened to fly in front of the camera at the perfect moment, so initially I desaturated it and hued it blue...adding a drop shadow and was going to use it for something...maybe like a background for emo lyrics or something gay like that. But when I got to messing with it, her wing looked like fronds on a tree. So this is what came out of my head.
Not to mention I just got Photoshop CS6...and I haven't done art in...jesuschist...years. I needed the release.
