I have just recently invented PIZZA NACHOS! BEHOLD the epic majesty and taste bud RAPING wonder!

These are based upon the "Pepperoni Chip" concept/recipe, in which you put a layer of pepperoni on a plate with a bunch of paper towels and then micro-nuke 'em for about a minute or two (until dry/crispy).

After you make the chips, just lay 'em out on a cookie sheet, top with cheese and whatever other toppins you like and then bake 'em at around 300 degrees until the cheesy is all lightly brown/melted.
