So, the Class Menagerie never quite seems to run out of steam. 
JKroo has created a CM fanfic, "The Taming of the Roo", featuring everybody's (even, grudgingly, mine) favorite annoying overachiever kangaroo, and JK's equally competent creation, Hale "Otter" Sapphire, here:

It's a bit of a reset off-canon from the last few storylines of the strip, but as to exactly what happens, I don't want to give too much away. But hey, if it's got a cute blond otter who looks good in a swimsuit, I think maaaybe someone's trying to get a closeted 'roo's attention. Just how easy a task is that, though?
And rest assured, the balance of the CM cast is there in full force, and JK clearly had a blast playing around with them all. Clipboards, caffeine, pouncehuggles, videogames, and unconscious lions. You know the drill!
So it's got my stamp of approval, to the point where I doodled up the linework for this image here. JK colored it and added the background. Hope y'all enjoy the story.

Well, dunno if you read the story, but I didn't want to make an image that was too spoilery. Needed something friendly between the two of 'em, but not too...suggestive. Was the best I could think of. I mean, sure the two of them shirtless and making out would've been more fun, but...
Yay Mikey! I so miss the Class Menagerie! Still to date one of the best slice of life (sometimes less often then others, heh) comic!
But Mikey needs to get himself into a bathing suit too! Or maybe just get pushed into the pool so he has no choice but to disrobe his wet clothing... : D

and it is super-nice of you to doddle Otter up .. we now finally have a face for the otter-that-couldn't-swim :-D

I've been trying to draw him for months (I demoed some sketches way back when JK sent me the 1st chapter)...thought it was the least I could do.

Wow this is a wonderful artwork i ever seen but the background did have a good taste and JKRoo did a superb job on coloring and the background image :) keep up the good work Vince :) *hugs you*

i like it! 8D and i haope that more of TCM comes out soon... i've become as addicted to it as Brad is to caffeine! XD

Im so envious of his skating skills i cant even handle regular skates with any sense of grace, only way i stop is a wall or on my fuzz butt haah. but still i have to admit he was one of my faves , he was someone who's work ethic i wished i possessed. Though to be honest i loved the bull (forgot his name i need to read it again it seems) made me think of how i want to be a massage therapist that and all his cracking reminds me of me lol
