FoxWolfie Character-Sheet by Penmark
I finally have a proper character sheet, and it is as perfectly me as I could ever imagine. This wonderful work was done by Penmark. I love the colorful Lucca-style shoes and overalls so much. Penmark truly combined the best elements possible into this, and made me insanely cute.

Yours was one of several references I gave to Penmark to develop my character sheet from. I gave artistic freedom to the clothing colors and which features seemed best from the different pictures I had. So much of your shortalls and shoes came through, and I almost melted in front of my computer when I saw it. I'll hug you a thousand times if I should ever meet you. I've been fishing around for that magic look for my character. You hit it so perfectly, and now this ref sheet made it live all around, front and back. This and your kite picture are two of the most prized pictures on my hard drive. I love many other too, but those two reach deep inside me. My eyes are watering over this. I never cried happy over art.

I adore the bright color sneakers,
mismatched just like Punky Brewster!
I'm kinda surprised that Osiris sneakers never got into crazy colors
where the left sneaker doesn't have to match the right one.
For sneakers for alleged non-conformists, they're all terribly uniform!
For a while, there was a rack of socks for girls where you did not have to
choose matched pairs! But there was NO CREDIT to Punky Brewster for making it popular :-/

My sneakers match perfectly fine. (They're both multi-colored, so they match.)
I wish I could find actual sneakers and shortalls like this. I have a pair of shortalls that is pretty close. They have the red trim, but are lacking the green straps.
As for the shoes, good luck finding cool colors in men's shoes. I see them sometimes in women's, but never large enough for me.

Thank you. The style of the shortalls came from the mind of
lucca. I wanted cute colorful shortalls, and this was the result.

Of course, I loved the colors so much that I had my ref sheet done based on it. A friend might be making a real pair like it for me this summer. The shoes probably won't happen though, as I don't know anyone who has the skill to make those.

Shortalls are very comfy. I love how they feel on me, because the straps and everything has just the right amount of snugness for perfect comfort. I wear them in public any time the weather permits, usually May through September. I don't have a colorful pair like these yet, but I wear standard blue denim, red, green, white, purple, or whatever is handy at the time. Some of mine have Tigger, Mickey or Bugs Bunny embroidered on the bib. Ten years ago, I was too timid to wear them in public, but I slowly realized that no one cared and few people even noticed. Now, shortalls and a shirt is the only thing I've worn for the past five summers. Then, when the weather turns colder, I always wear long overalls. I don't even own a pair of regular pants any more. I don't see many other guys wearing either, but no one has ever given me any trouble over me wearing them. :)
I''ll take then in as many color sets as someone can make.
I never wore a pair of overalls or shortalls until I was around 30 years old. They just weren't popular in my area when I was growing up. Other kids didn't wear them either. In the mid '80s women started wearing them a lot, but I never saw a guy wearing them, except for construction workers and farmers. Then they faded from existence until around ten years ago. Now I see people starting to wear them again, but still not too often for men. I suspect that I'll wear overalls or shortalls almost every day for the rest of my life. Shortalls are my all-time favorite thing to wear, even more than wearing fursuits or kigus. I would have loved wearing them as a child, but my mom made me wear plaid polyester pants and stuff that other school kids constantly teased me over.

Awww poor FoxWolfie.
I still wore overalls and shortalls regulary when i was 13 or 14 years old, After that i wore them less, but i still had some overalls until i was 16/17.
Today i just own 3 pairs of working overalls, but i like them too. They are very comfy and they look cool :3
