Now this is the critical part that separates the mask from the wolf mask! You have to place one layer of plaster tape down onto the clay then place one layer of metal mesh from a crafts store onto it, make sure that it follows the curvature precisely, use needles to hold it into place while you drip little bits of glue to glue it to the plaster tape under it, Take your time to make sure the metal mesh if flat on the surface. After the mesh is in place then add one outside layer of plaster tape to cover, make sure the edges of the plaster overlap. and everything fits tight.

On the photo the upper part of the mask already has these three layers and the lover part only has the under layer of plaster tape and the metal mesh being glued into place.
