So it looks like we see where Jake has been getting all that extra poundage. He's been getting tied up hypnotized and force fed until he's stuffed to the limit. and once he is stuffed he has no recollection of how he gained or when or by whom.
But why is Zane fattening up Jake. Vengeance? For kicks? or was he hired by someone to do so? who knows?
but it looks like Zane has barely started and Jake is already looking full. don't worry Zane will make sure every pizza and burger is shoved into his willing maw >3

In real life, you can't hypnotize someone unwillingly. But, you can hypnotize someone who is willing to be hypnotized and then coax them to do things they already wanted to do or wouldn't mind; or hypnotize them into experiencing something but not have them actually go through with it. They usually remember the experience and when specified the effects last beyond trance.
So, it's not how real hypnosis works, but that doesn't matter for you right? (:

What I know is that in order to induce a trance in somebody (and if you skip this step, it's not hypnosis), they first have to trust you. When you're already in that state, you relax some inhibitions, so you can be influenced into doing things you normally wouldn't, but still not things you outright don't want to do.

also i feel the need to point out on how well the difference between the two is. Zane really has that natural fatty look while Jake has a Chubby with a bloated stomach look.
What you could do different though, is things like back ears, like that of zane, try turning it a little more away from us, cause atm it looks like it's sticking out from his head in a really odd manner.
As for Jake, If you really want to make the tail seem split/2 tails, try making one tail behind the chair!

a zoroarks head is triangular so the ear position is correct i checked.
and the bloated belly this is what i was going for. its not about making food into fat instantaneously. its about stuffing him till hes ready to burst then let that food slowly digest into fat over the course of months if not years.
and the tail thing...well thats more of an aesthetics thing. i like the way i drew them

If I could use icons from DA, I would use the
