Let me guess, all the Acrylamide we make by frying our food? I use Acrylamide in my lab and I treat it like it was freaking radioactive. I just about gave myself an ulcer last semester having to watch my student's handle gel cassettes of it for electrophoresis.

Actually I was thinking of Saxitoxin. It shuts down sodium channels, so = instant death on a cellular level. Yay for naturally occurring highly deadly chemicals. :3
