Another of my characters, this one I forgot I had. He's a very powerful psychic who causes a deep depression to those who are within a mile or so of him. Later on I decided to give him intersting eyes too- They're silver like mercury with no pupils or anything, flawlessly reflective. Basically he has mirrors for eyes, and with his powers I'm sure he can use that to really mess with someone's mind if he chooses. Finally, his story is that he's the son of a psychic powered warlord, warlord gets overthrown, and the new government decides to make him their ultimate weapon. Of course he escapes...
