I like this drawing, but I'm disappointed by this eevelution :(

I watched a video that said that each of the games were based in a country that exists now. The current one is France. As seen in the video, with the tower. P: This Pokemon reminds me of a little french girl. lol

I guess because it just seems...so bland?
There are a lot of eeveelutions that are fanmade that look so cool. And this one just looks so silly and lazy. The tail is from that little gray squirrel pokemon, It looks like a victini/eevee hybrid with a lot of the coloring. It's (probably) going to be a normal type with yet ANOTHER pink/tan coloration. I just feel they had SO many cool options to do with another evolution for eevee and it is just very underwhelming and boring to me. Yeah, it's cute but there's a dozen other cute pokemon, so it's really nothing new in that regard, either.
