I could wish that my premiere Lyra painting was something better than this. But I just had to draw something yesterday so I would not feel like a complete waste of life. So here I thought I would turn your entire worldview upside down and ask: What if Lyra got her cutie mark by MAKING lyres- not playing them? Clever, right? I thought so. You may begin expressing my profound cleverness and radical ways of thinking by spamming my comment section with paragraph long gushing and well deserved attention. People will begin to appreciate me art, I will finally have self esteem, I will produce nothing but spectacular art hencforth, I can die happy, the end.

Though I wonder how much impact gushing praise would truly have. Well, I guess you've rejected those thoughts already, so there's really not much point in opposing them. What remains is that it's nice to be appreciated, and that you deserve to be.

Yeah, reading it again it seems more cynical than intended. I'm too used to be a ghost anyway, I don't think I would enjoy being "popular."
And we should all get lyres! I'll bet they are quicker to tune than a 14/15 dulcimer and I might actually play it. :D
