I always have to re-lean how to use those things, but thankfully 10 minutes is all I need.

It's the rice. You don't eat loose rice with chopsticks. You eat sticky rice so it clumps.

I've sometimes used my fingers. I was told that sushi originally was just a finger food. Favorite is the unagi.

I love japanese food, but dislike most sushi, mainly sashimi. I only like the prawn o.o

I've haven't been fond of sashimi sine it took me forever to try and eat a piece of octopuss. My other fave is one that I haven't able to find except in this local place that I go to. It's called a yaki roll and they have a cooked piece of chicken yakitori instead of raw fish. Very tasty.
