No no, much more sensible to tie them behind your head and use their lift to float your head a foot or two off the ground. Don't normally draw pregnancy stuff, not my thing, but I'll give anything a shot once.

I liked trying to do this, it was a neat angle and a challenge. Drawing hands behind a head is actually pretty hard.
