Commission art for 
Farewell Year of Water Dragon.
The scene would be Qing-long (blue dragon) and Tien-long (yellow dragon) sailing away on a small boat from the shore of a small Chinese village. They are waving goodbye to the "camera/viewer, saying "We'll be back in 2024!" as they leave the year of the water dragon behind.
On the shore of the Chinese village is a monster-like giant black snake that they have just dropped off from their boat, and it is all coiled up, head lifted up and in hissing pose at the village with its forked tongue. It looks scary but is actually harmless in this picture.
