I know that wasn't really critique, but I don't really know what to say but that it looks good XD

Try slowing down the fps a bit, it seems a bit fast, otherwise, I think it looks great :)

Flexing or puffing?

the flex causes the poof

The warping (flexing) feels a little over exaggerated, especially with how the body suddenly bends dramatically in the middle of the back. Tone that down a little, I think.
Everything else looks fine. As for FPS, it all depends on the feel. The higher frames, the more energetic it feels, the slower the frames, the calmer it feels. The way it is now feels comfortable, but if you do tweak it, i would add a millisecond or three to each frame.
