Thank you. But sadly, it was a financial fiasco. I do better at a 5,000 person furry con than I did here. We have some ideas why things went so badly, mostly along the lines of too many other vendors, and a crowd not really there to buy. Next up is trying to figure out a way to move all this inventory.

Flea markets don't start around here for another couple months. And the designs I have mega stock on are aimed at bikers, not furries. But both are good ideas, and the flea market thing was in the plans already. We are going to scramble this weekend to get a quick site up with the top 10 items that sold at the motorcycle show, in case anyone decides to go looking for us on the web. Maybe we can grab a few extra post-show sales.

An unemployed friend has offered to work on a real site for us too. So maybe I can get a lot more designs up as well. And there is Etsy too. And I want to talk to my husband about approaching motorcycle shops about wholesale. Maybe we can move some of the stock that way too.

It's just frustrating, having to put in even more work to try to get back some of the cost of the stickers already made, and the money spent on the show. I would have been better off if I had done nothing and stayed home.

No kidding. Look back up at the picture, see the single white banner on the left? That banner has stickers made out of hyper-reflective vinyl. Looks black in normal light but brilliant white when a headlight hits it. Way more expensive than the regular stuff, and the stickers I have of it are priced higher because of it. It was a nice side thing we thought we'd try, see if they like it. That one banner turned out to be about 75% of our sales. If we had a whole booth of that, we would have made a lot more money.

*searches* Interesting, he actually has quite a selection. But that puts me in a quandary. You are far from the first to ask for mudflap furries, so I had been considering designing up a bunch for AC. But I wouldn't want to step on his toes either.
