Yes there is noise .
The render engine im using is a physical based rende engine, that means it calculates every single thing in the scene. The legs are like mirrors with colors, so the reflected light is in blue on her torso. The render enginge also never stops automatically. It renders so long til you stop it. I stopped it at 1 hour while it has just calculated a few light rays from the legs to the torso. You can also see this noise at the ground near her legs.
