I heard that contrary to prior wisdom, you are supposed to sleep once you get a concussion, because that is how your body intends to fix itself.
Unfortunately, they have no time to nap.

I think Chell might do fine in Columbia but I don't think Booker and Elizabeth would do as great in Aperture labs.
They've never even seen a car before much less a computer, Having to deal with a homicidal robot may just be too much for their little turn of the century minds to handle.

Think their not-plasmids and ability to rip reality a new ***hole might at least let them bust out? I mean hey, at least their surprising lack of parachutes can no longer hamper them! :D
And Chell might not do so hot, considering there might be no viable surfaces for her to make portals on.
On the other hand, her Advanced Knee Replacements would let her simply step off the edge of the nearest building and land safely to just walk away with Wheatley.
