I drew this on Pearl Harbor day.
My sister was having her wisdom teeth surgically removed in Flagstaff.
It was the worst day I had ever seen.

Rain, fog, about 50-70 miles away, you could not even see the San Fransisco Peaks, let alone any of the surrounding area.
On top of this, the wind must have been at LEAST around 70+ mph. Strong enough to shake the truck around, at least.

and don't get me started on how cold it was. ugh.


Anyhoo, while my dearest little sister , was getting doped up for surgery..
I, against my better judgment, decided to stay in the truck by myself. I'm a solitary kinda person sometimes, like to be alone and such.

While I was out there, the rain falling all around, the wind beating relentlessly against the truck... I felt a small moment of peace, laced with fear of having to drive back in this. This picture, here, was spawned from that.
